The Online Brain Atlas Reconciliation Tool is an NIMH-sponsored project (PI Partha Mitra, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory) that aims to provide a quantitative solution to the so-called neuroanatomical nomenclature problem by comparing overlap relations between regions defined as spatial entities in different brain atlases.

Additional information about the underlying analysis framework of the Online Brain Atlas Reconciliation Tool can be found in Bohland et al. (2009). The brain atlas concordance problem: quantitative comparison of anatomical parcellations. PLoS ONE. 4(9): e7200.
